- You're genuinely excited about new technologiesâespecially blockchain, developer tools, or security.

- You're organized, autonomous, and hold yourself to high standards.
- You have a proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in a technical space.
- You're a clear, compelling communicatorâespecially with engineers, founders, and technical stakeholders.
đ What you'll do
- Build and manage strategic relationships with leading blockchain teamsâstarting with Starknet, Aztec, and Arbitrum Stylus.
- Drive 3â5 high-quality deals per month that move the needle for our business.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demoing, negotiating, closing.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on go-to-market strategy, pricing, messaging, and partnerships.
- Influence our product roadmap by bringing customer insights directly to the engineering team.
- Represent Walnut at key events, conferences, and meetups in the web3 ecosystem.

- You've worked at an early-stage startup or have founder experience.
- You have a strong grasp of blockchain, smart contracts, or security fundamentals.
- You already have relationships in the web3 space and know the major players.
