🔍 Who are we looking for

  • You're genuinely excited about new technologies—especially blockchain, developer tools, or security.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. “No” doesn't scare you. You find a way.
  • You're organized, autonomous, and hold yourself to high standards.
  • You have a proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in a technical space.
  • You're a clear, compelling communicator—especially with engineers, founders, and technical stakeholders.

🚀 What you'll do

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with leading blockchain teams—starting with Starknet, Aztec, and Arbitrum Stylus.
  • Drive 3–5 high-quality deals per month that move the needle for our business.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demoing, negotiating, closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on go-to-market strategy, pricing, messaging, and partnerships.
  • Influence our product roadmap by bringing customer insights directly to the engineering team.
  • Represent Walnut at key events, conferences, and meetups in the web3 ecosystem.

  • You have a strong grasp of blockchain, smart contracts, or security fundamentals.
  • You already have relationships in the web3 space and know the major players.
